Celebrate summer with playful, bold shapes like sunglasses, popsicles, flip-flops and palm trees. In this die and stencil duo by Inna Moreva, you colour all the images at once with the stencils, then cut every design in a single pass with the one-piece die. Each piece has a hanging hole, which makes it ideal for banners, tags and cards.

What's included

• Summer Fun die: a 2-piece steel die set that includes a one-piece die for all the summer images and a dotted-edge rectangle die for a stitchable background panel, with a hidden magnet in the packaging to keep the pieces together (background approx. 2.75 x 3.75 in, palm tree approx. 1 x 1.25 in)
• Summer Fun stencil: a 2-piece set of high-quality mylar layering stencils, numbered in order and etched with registration marks for easy alignment (4.25 x 5.5 in)

How to use it Blend ink through the stencils in numbered order to colour several images at once, then cut them all out in one pass with the die. Use the dotted-edge rectangle die to stitch a background panel, weaving the images in as you go. Try different colours of floss for a fun rainbow effect. Each package includes a finished, full-colour example for inspiration.

Good to know You'll need a die-cutting machine, inks and blending brushes, plus embroidery floss if you'd like to stitch. None of these are included.
