🛍️ Important Information Before Checkout

🚚 Free Shipping Information

Free shipping is available on qualifying New Zealand orders over $100 (non-rural addresses only).

To receive free shipping, please select the “Free Shipping” option from the Shipping Method drop-down menu at checkout when your order qualifies.

⚠️ Important: Adding any sale or discounted item to your cart removes free shipping from the entire order, even if your order total exceeds $100.

⚠️ Products marked "Postage as per Actual" do not qualify for free shipping and will incur a shipping charge regardless of the order total. These items are priced with minimal margins and require postage to be charged separately.

Additional exclusions apply to bulky items, large quantities of cardstock, and calendar tabs. Please see our Delivery & Shipping Information page for full details.

🕒 Order Processing Time

As a one-person shop, I do my best to process all orders within 2–3 working days.
Please note that my days off are Sunday and Monday, so any orders placed on those days will begin processing from Tuesday.

🧺 A Quick Note About Checkout

We’ve made a small but important update to help things run smoothly when you’re adding to an existing order:

• If you’d like to add more items to an order you’ve already placed, please select “Add to Existing Order” at checkout.
• 👉 Only select “Pickup from Store” if you’ll be collecting your order in person.
• This helps us keep everything organised and ensures your parcels are covered by NZ Post insurance. (We recently had an issue where a parcel couldn’t be reimbursed because it was marked as “Pickup from Store.”)

So moving forward:

• Choose “Add to Existing Order” if you want your new items combined with a previous order.
• If everything doesn’t fit in the original parcel, I’ll get in touch to arrange a small extra postage fee.
• Starting Monday, 20th October, a small $2 fee will apply for “Add to Existing Order” requests to help cover the additional time and handling.

📦 Adding to an Existing Order

• Please leave a note above with your previous Order Number.
• On the Checkout Page, under “Shipping Method (Please open the drop-down menu to see other options)”, select “Add to Existing Order.”
• Adding to an existing order may extend your processing time, as your order will move further down the queue to align with the date the addition was made.

• Kraftycoins and Afterpay are not available for SALE items.
