Free Shipping for New Zealand
Please note the following regarding our free shipping offer:
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to non-rural addresses within New Zealand, subject to the exceptions listed below.
1. For rural addresses, a Rural Delivery surcharge applies even when the order value exceeds $100.
2. Exceptions to Free Shipping
The following orders are not eligible for free shipping:
• Orders containing any sale or discounted items. If your cart contains one or more sale or discounted items, free shipping will not apply to the order, regardless of the order total.
• Bulky items, including machines (heavy items), 12×12 papers, and certain other products that are oversized or costly to ship. These items will be marked with “Postage as per actual” or “No Free Shipping”.
• Orders containing more than 10 calendar tabs.
• Orders containing more than 7 packs of cardstock, as these become too heavy to ship under our free shipping offer.
