How to get the most from Kraftycoins

• Earn Kraftycoins on most purchases (excluding selected items)
• Redeem your Kraftycoins on orders over $60 to get the best value
• Spend $100 or more to enjoy FREE shipping on eligible items
• Combine your rewards with your favourite products to maximise value

Ways to earn Kraftycoins:

• Create a Krafters Cart Account = 20 Kraftycoins
• Place an order = 1 Kraftycoin for every $1 spent (not including tax or shipping, also some items may be excluded, please read the rules below).
• Celebrate Your Birthday = 50 Kraftycoins
• Subscribe to Newsletter = 20 Kraftycoins
• Leave a Review = 2 Kraftycoins

Ways to redeem Kraftycoins

• 200 Kraftycoins = $6 NZD reward on orders of $60 or more

Kraftycoins can be redeemed once you reach 200 points, on eligible purchases above the minimum spend.

Loyalty Program Rules:   

1. Customers must have a Krafters Cart Account and be logged in while shopping to earn Kraftycoins.
2. Kraftycoins are redeemable once a minimum of 200 Kraftycoins has been earned. Points are earned for every $1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding tax, shipping, and selected items). Kraftycoins expire after 1 year.
3. Kraftycoins must be redeemed in increments of 200 points.
4. Kraftycoins can only be redeemed on orders of $60 or more.
5. Kraftycoins apply to product value only and cannot be used towards shipping charges.
6. Kraftycoins may be redeemed for products in the Krafters Cart online store (some items may be excluded).
7. Kraftycoins are not earned when purchasing a Gift Card. Kraftycoins are earned on purchases made using a Gift Card.
8. Kraftycoins are automatically awarded after a purchase is completed. To check your balance, log in to your Krafters Cart Account. Kraftycoins are adjusted on a pro-rata basis if an order is refunded or cancelled.
9. Kraftycoins are non-transferable and are subject to current and future program rules.
10. Kraftycoins are not redeemable for cash.
11. Krafters Cart reserves the right to change or discontinue the Kraftycoins Loyalty Program at any time.
12. No Kraftycoins for in-store purchases.
13. No Kraftycoins are earned on products priced $100 and above, or on sale/discounted items.

14. Kraftycoins are adjusted on a pro-rata basis if an order is refunded or cancelled.

    Where Kraftycoins or any order-level discounts are applied, the discount is distributed proportionally across all items in the order. Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid per item after discounts have been applied, not the original item price.

15. No Kraftycoins are awarded on Krafters Cart e-Gift Cards.
