E-Z Tape refill

I was very pleased with the good service and have brought quite a few of these refills and had no problems at all.
This last refill has come apart at the exit table area and after much fiddling could not be fixed. I am sadly using this tape by cutting buts off which wastes a lot of tape.
I have a friend who has a lots of trouble with her refills but this is my first problem. Thanks Sue
